Www.LiveNationSettlement.com – Live Nation Ticket Fee Class Action Lawsuit Settlement

The case against Live Nation is about the violation of the New Jersey Consumer Fraud Act. It is also about the violation of the New Jersey Truth In Consumer Contract, Warranty and Notice Act. The reason that the company has been charged with these violations is because they charged certain fees when the customers bought tickets online. This purchase was for the PNC Bank Arts Center events. So if you bought tickets for events at the PNC Bank Arts Center from the company online, then you may be able to take part and get something. You will have had to have bought the tickets in the time period of June 23, 2003 and June 15, 2011. These tickets must have been bought online and must have been charged fees. If you do decide to take part, you will be entitled to 3 free tickets. These are known as lawn tickets. You will be able to use the tickets to go to certain PNC Bank Arts Center events. You can also use the tickets to go to the Susquehanna Bank Center. In addition, you will get  a coupon code for $5. This is for a discount on your future purchase of a ticket from the company online. You will have to send in a claim form. Information on how to do this can be obtained at the www.LiveNationSettlement.com site. There are two different filing deadlines.

These deadlines are based on how you received your notice. If you got your notice about this case via email, then the deadline is April 30, 2014. However, if you got your notice in the mail, then your deadline is May 10, 2014. I can only assume that the reason for this is because you would have gotten the email notice immediately whereas it may have taken you anywhere from 7 to 10 days to get your notice by mail. No matter how you received your notice, you will be able to send in your claim online. You will be given two choices. The first choice is one where you have a PIN and the second is if you do not have a PIN. If you do have a PIN, then you can file a claim online in a secure manner. You may also file online at www.LiveNationSettlement.com if you do not have a PIN.
