It is hard enough for us to get to know the designers and not showing us their clothes makes it worse. I feel like I only get half a show.
The exciting part for me in all this are the buyers. I am fascinated to see what the buyers are looking for. I am amazed that nobody provides an offer for some of the clothes that I thought were great. Maybe this should be a different type of show where the viewers get to vote on what clothes they want to see in the stores. Maybe that is a premise for a whole new show. Maybe one of the television networks want to contact me and we can talk about it?
What I do like and I am sure a whole bunch of people watching the show like is that you can get the clothes immediately. So if you like something you see, just go online to the Macy’s website to get the dress or shorts or pants or jumpsuit or shirt or anything else that you saw. This strategy also helps the stores because they know that they will get instantaneous sales of the clothes.
